[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시농업기술센터는 오는 13일부터 ‘2022 농촌자원활용 교육’ 하반기 수강생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 포천시민을 대상으로 농산물 소비촉진 및 창업활동을 위한 우리 농산물의 올바른 정보와 지식 활용기술 등을 중점으로 진행한다.

모집과정은 ‘수제커피 교육’과 ‘세계요리 교육’으로, 특히 이번에 신설된 ‘세계요리 교육’은 태국, 일본, 중국 등 세계 여러나라의 음식을 제철 농산물을 활용해 만들어 볼 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

농업기술센터 관계자는 “이번에 신설된 세계요리 교육은 제철 농산물을 활용해 여러나라의 요리 기술을 습득하고 우리 농산물을 다양하게 활용하는 방법을 배울 수 있는 좋은 기회다. 시민들의 많은 관심과 참여 바란다.”고 전했다.
