Former lawmaker Kim, who is the 15th generation living in the Gwangsan Kim clan village in Majeon-dong, Yangju, traveled to every corner of Yangju, his roots and political foothold, recorded and organized the memories of the elderly and published this book.

 

From the glory of Yang Ju-mok, who was said to be worthy of being envied as the governor of Pyongyang during the Joseon Dynasty, to the pain of delayed development as military facilities were concentrated after the Korean War, to today's emergence as a key region in northern Gyeonggi Province, Kim Seong-su's extreme affection, vast knowledge, and tenacity for his hometown. Meanwhile, former lawmaker Kim Seong-su graduated from the Department of Education at Korea University and served as a member of the 3rd Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly and the 18th National Assembly (Yangju and Dongducheon).

 

Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Forum K Vision, a specially appointed professor at Daejin University, a full-time professor at the Korea Liberty Federation, a standing audit advisor for Korea Electric Power Technology, and a policy advisor for the Seoul Transportation Corporation.
