정기모임은 김명수 의정부농협 조합장의 주재로 지역 농업·농촌 발전에 대해 논의했으며, 안병용 의정부시장은 이번 모임에 참석해 의정부 지역농협뿐만 아니라 다른 농협에서도 지역농협의 생산기반 유지와 안정적인 농가경영을 지원해 농민·농촌의 발전을 위해 많은 협조를 부탁드린다고 밝혔다.
