[남상훈 기자 = 홍천군] 홍천군이 오는 2월 1일부터 5월 15일까지 산불예방 홍보 및 주민계도를 위해 근무할 2023년도 봄철 산불전문예방진화대와 산불감시원 총 226명을 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

산불전문예방진화대는 조장 1명씩을 포함해 산림과 16명과 10개 읍·면 각 10명씩 총 116명을 모집한다. 

응시자격은 공고일 전일 현재 홍천군에 주민등록 및 거주하며 산불진화를 위한 최소한의 체력검정을 통과한 해당 지역 여건을 잘 알고 있는 만 18세 이상 주민이다. 오는 13일 체력검정을 실시할 예정이며, 최종합격자 발표는 오는 20일 개별 통보할 예정이다. 

주요임무는 산불방지 계도·홍보 및 산불요인 사전 제거 등 예방사업과 산불 발생 시 초동진화·잔불정리·뒷불감시 및 산불장비의 사용·관리, 기타 산림보호 관련 업무 등이다. 

산불감시원은 홍천읍·내촌면·남면 각 12명, 서석면·영귀미면·서면·북방면 각 11명, 화촌면·두촌면·내면 각 10명씩 총 110명을 모집한다. 

응시자격은 공고일 전일 현재 홍천군에 주민등록을 두고 근무할 읍·면 소재지에 거주하고 있는 운전면허 및 원동기 면허를 소지하고 기동력을 갖춘 만 18세 이상 주민이다. 오는 13일 면접 심사를 거쳐 오는 20일 최종합격자를 발표한다. 

주요임무는 산불감시 및 산불발생 신고와 진화, 입산자의 산림 내에서의 화기 취급행위 예방 단속, 산림 내 또는 산림으로부터 100m 이내의 쓰레기 및 농산폐기물 소각행위 단속, 입산통제구역의 입산자 통제 및 산불예방 홍보·주민계도 등이다.
