[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시가 시민과의 약속인 공약사항의 성공적 이행을 위해 오는 19일 '민선8기 시장 공약사항 이행계획 보고회'를 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

이번에 개최될 공약사항 이행계획 보고회는 이병선 시장을 비롯한 공약별 소관 간부 공무원이 참석하여 구체적인 추진 방향 제시와 문제점 및 개선방안 등을 논의한다. 

시에 따르면 이번 보고회에 앞서 공약사업에 대한 소관 부서별 면밀한 검토를 통해 사업의 배경과 목적에 따른 추진 방향을 수립한데이어 지난 16일 부시장 주재로 공약 사전검토회를 통해 세부 내용을 점검하여 공약 이행계획을 보완한 바 있다. 

시는 민선 8기 공약사업을 ▶지속가능한 미래도시 ▶모두가 꿈꾸는 행복도시 ▶아이 낳고 키우기 좋은 안심도시 ▶모든 지역이 골고루 잘 사는 상생도시 ▶누구나 살고 싶은 클린도시 ▶다함께 누리는  건강도시의 6대 분야로 나누고 57개의 세부사업을 추진할 계획이다.
