지원대상자는 만18세이상 부터 51세 이하 농업인으로 사업신청 당시 가평군에 주소가 되어 있으며, 온실 또는 개인소유 부지 및 한국농어촌공사 비축용지 임대계약 부지 등에 온실 설치부지(330㎡이상 농지)를 확보한 농업인이고, 법인경영체 및 신청자가 직접 농업에 종사하지 않는 경우는 지원이 불가하다.
