[남상훈 기자]한국자산관리공사는 온비드를 이용하는 입찰 참가자들의 효율적인 입찰을 돕기 위해 ‘온비드 활용 팁’을 제안했다고 밝혔다.

온비드는 세금체납 등으로 인한 압류재산의 공매 외에도, 국가기관이나 지방자치단체, 공공기관이 보유한 유휴재산의 매각과 임대가 이루어지는 국내 유일의 공공자산처분시스템이다.

온비드 활용 팁으로 ‘지도검색’ 기능을 활용해 이용자 주변이나 원하는 지역의 입찰 물건을 쉽게 찾을수 있고 ‘전용관’ 메뉴를 활용하면 캠코 등 주요 이용기관이 처분하고 있는 물건들을 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있고  전용관 내 ‘온카랜드’에서는 승합차, SUV 등 자동차들이 확인 가능하다.

또한 이용자 관심이 많은 아파트, 임야, 상가, 단독주택, 자동차 등은  메인화면에 용도별 바로가기 코너를 이용할 수 있다. 이밖에 ‘테마물건’도 눈여겨볼만 하다. 온비드 회원들의 검색 데이터를 기반으로 한 관심물건 BEST 20, 클릭랭킹 TOP 20, 관심지역 BEST 20 메뉴를 통해 관심도가 높은 물건들을 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다. 또 50% 체감물건을 통해 최초 매각예정가에 비해 저렴하게 매각 중인 물건들도 확인할 수 있다.

입찰참가는 온비드 홈페이지 또는 스마트온비드 앱을 통해 가능하다. 입찰은 -회원가입 및 공동인증서 등록, -물건 검색, -입찰서 제출 및 입찰보증금 납부, -결과 확인 순서로 진행된다.
