[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 4월 22일까지 원주시 평생교육원 학습관에서는 디지털 문해교육 1, 2기 수강생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

디지털 문해교육은 디지털 문화 격차를 해소하기 위해 키오스크 사용법(은행 ATM, 무인 발급기, 음식 주문 등)과 스마트폰 사용법을 알려주는 교육으로, 오는 5월 6일부터 27일까지 매주 금요일 진행된다고 했다.

2시간씩 총 4회에 걸쳐 학습자 눈높이에서 생활 밀착형 교육으로 진행되며, 7월과 9월, 11월에도 같은 방식으로 운영할 예정이고,기수별 10명씩 총 20명을 선착순 모집하며, 학습관에 전화로 신청하면 된다고 전했다.

홍창희 학습관장은 “코로나19 장기화로 키오스크와 스마트폰 등 디지털 매체의 활용도가 증가함에 따라 디지털기기 사용이 익숙지 않은 분들을 위해 준비했다.”라며, “관심 있는 분들의 많은 참여를 바란다.”라고 말했다.
