[브레이크뉴스 = 김태영 기자] 사단법인 포럼케이비전(대표 김성수)은 28일 오후 경기섬유종합지원센터에서 2024 (사)포럼케이비전 1차 세미나를 개최해 김황식 前 국무총리의 “이승만 대통령과 아데나워 총리의 리더십”이라는 연제로 강연을 성황리에 마쳤다.
김 전 총리는 홍익인간의 이념과 정신을 바탕으로 대한민국과 경기도가 발전할 수 있는 정책 대안 제시와 국민생활건강진흥을 위해 공익적 사업을 전개하는 포럼케이비전은연례적으로 세미나를 개최하고 있다.
박형양 사무총장의 사회로 진행된 세미나에는 300여명의 양주시민들과 강수현 양주시장, 경기북부특별자치도 위원장 임상오 및 추진위원회 최영호 회장 등이 참석해 최상호 회장의 환영사, 강수현 시장과 윤창철 양주시의회 의장이 축사를 있었다.
세미나 행사에 앞서 클라리넷 5중주(김민호 경기도의원, 남궁정, 송현종, 이대헌, 한충호)로 H.L.Walters : Instant Concert, 오버더레인보우(오즈의마법사ost), 히사이시조 : 인생의 회전목마(하울의움직이는 성ost) 와 임영웅의 '이젠 나만 믿어요' 연주가 있었다.
1부 행사에서 김황식 전 국무총리는 “대한민국 초대 대통령 이승만과 서독 초대 총리 아데나워는 공통점이 많이 있다”며 “ 양국은 서로 간에 분단 국가에서 모든 분야를 재건해야 했다”라고 말했다.
“이승만 대통령은 자유민주주의와 시장경제를 펼치고 반공 반일, 친미 친서방정책을 펼쳤으며, 아데나워 총리도 시장경제를 사회보장 사회적 연대를 위한 최소한의 국가개입과 조정을 허용하는 사회적 시장경제로 국가재건을 했다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “아데나워 총리는 라인강의 기적을 이루고, 또한 이승만 대통령도 건국대통령으로 한강의 기적을 이루었다”라고 전했다.
강연을 마치고 (사)포럼케이비전에서는 건국대총령 이승만 기념관 건립비용으로 회원들의 작은 정성과 뜻을 모아 일백오십만원을 기부를하였다.
2부 행사에서는 양주시 각종 단체와 함께 “양주시 국제빙상경기장 유치 기원” 결의대회를 했다.

Prior to the seminar event, the clarinet quintet (Gyeonggi Provincial Councilor Kim Min-ho, Namgoong Jeong, Song Hyeon-jong, Lee Dae-heon, and Han Chung-ho) performed H.L. Walters: Instant Concert, Over the Rainbow (Wizard of Oz ost), Hisai Shijo: Merry-Go-Round of Life (Howl's Moving Castle ost). ) and Lim Young-woong’s performance of ‘I Only Trust Me Now’.
At the first part of the event, former Prime Minister Kim Hwang-sik said, “South Korea’s first president Syngman Rhee and West Germany’s first prime minister Adenauer have a lot in common,” and “the two countries had to rebuild all fields in their divided countries.”
“President Syngman Rhee promoted liberal democracy and a market economy and implemented anti-communist, anti-Japanese, pro-American and pro-Western policies, and Prime Minister Adenauer also sought to rebuild the country into a social market economy that allows for minimal state intervention and coordination for social security and social solidarity. “I did it,” he said.
He continued, “Prime Minister Adenauer achieved the miracle of the Rhine River, and President Syngman Rhee also achieved the miracle of the Han River as the founding president.”
After the lecture, Forum K-Vision donated 1.5 million won with the small sincerity and will of its members to the cost of building the Konkuk President Syngman Rhee Memorial Hall.
In the second part of the event, a resolution meeting was held with various organizations in Yangju City to pray for Yangju City to attract an international ice skating stadium.
