[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 국민의힘 서태원 가평군수 후보가 전 군민을 대상으로 코로나19 "재난지원금 1인당 20만원 지급"하겠다고 27일 밝혔다.

서 후보는 "코로나19 거리두기는 해제 되었지만 그동안 군민들의 생활에 누적된 피해는 아직 해소되지 않았다"라며 "가평군민 누구도 소외되지 않고 위로 할 수 있도록 재난지원금을 신속히 마련하겠다"고 전했다.

이어 “전 군민에게 지급함으로써 지역사회 얼어붙은 소비심리를 되살려 소상공인과 자영업자들이 활기를 되찾는 계기가 되기를 기대한다.”라고 밝혔다.

전 군민 재난지원금 20만원 지급 재원은 "긴급추경예산"을 편성하여 제8대 가평군의회 개원과 동시에 제출하여 신속히 집행한다는 계획이라 밝혔다.
