[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 조광한 시장이 1일 경기도 김희수 감사관을 비 롯 감사관 3명을 직권남용, 직무유기, 명예훼손, 모욕 등의 협의로 의정부지검에 고발했다.

 

조시장은, 고발 내용에 대하여 “경기도가 감정적 보복 행정에 대한 직권 남용, 그리고 일탈 된 감사권 행정에 대한 준엄한 경고”라고 말했다. 또, 지자체가 광역시를 고발한 사례가 최초라는 것에 대해 “대한민국은 정의로운 사회로 가기위한 시도를 계속해야 한다고 생각한다, 그리고 보다 좀 더 발전된 사회를 위해서 ‘최초’가 계속 나올 수 있다면 그것이 사회 발전이라고 생각한다.”라고 말했다.

 

이어 대통령 선거 경선기간에 경기도 공무원들을 고발을 하는 것에 대해서는 “저는 지금까지 경기도에 대해서 단 한 번도 선재 적으로 문제 제기를 하지 않았다, 모든 사항은 지금까지 경기도에서 먼저 야기 한 일이며, 경기도에 감사권 남용은 헌법재판소의 결정조차도 뛰어넘는 초법적인 행적권의 일탈 행위이며, 국가의 근간을 흔드는 엄중한 탈법행위”라고 말했다.

또, 왜 수원지검에 안하고 의정부에 했느냐는 질문에 조시장은 “우리 남양주시에 대한 감사의 권한은 경기도 북부청에 있다. 그래서 의정부지검에 했다.”고 말했다.
