[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 조직 구성원들의 역량을 높이기 위해 공직자 역량강화 교육을 실시한다고 16일 밝혔다.

오는 17일 환경성질환예방관리센터에서 7~8급 공직자 40명을 대상으로 창의적인 아이디어를 확산하고 직무능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 정책역량개발 워크숍을 개최한다.

워크숍에서는 보고서 작성 및 보고 기술 등 스마트 워크 스킬 강의, 머그컵 및 머그화분 만들기 등 체험활동을 통해 공무원 개개인의 잠재된 적극적 역량 개발을 이끌어 낼 예정이다.

또한, 그림 읽어주는 남자 이창용의 미술기행 등 생각을 깨우는 인문학 강의 등으로 행정환경의 복잡․변동성 확대에 따른 공직 대응역량을 제고할 방침이다.

특히, 이번 강의는 7~8급 공무원들의 의견을 수렴해 구성한 것으로 기존 일률적으로 실시되던 방식에서 벗어나 직급에 맞는 맞춤형 교육으로 진행 될 계획이다.

이에 앞서 가평군은 신규 공무원 88명을 대상으로 정책역량강화 프로그램을 운영해 사회초년생으로서의 창의성을 정책기획 및 업무추진역량으로 배양시킬 수 있는 계기를 마련했다.

신규 공직자들은 군 및 각 중앙부처의 공모사업에 대한 명확한 정보를 습득하고 실효적 정책개발을 위한 정부의 핵심정책 및 국고 보조 사업에 대한 실용적 학습 등을 통해 실무중심의 업무 실효성을 제고했다.

서태원 군수는 “공직자 한명 한명의 좋은 정책역량이 군의 훌륭한 자산이 되고 나아가 가평발전의 자양분이 되어 군민이 지금보다 더 행복할 수 있는 토대가 될 것”이라며 “끊임없는 자기개발을 추구하는 공직사회를 만들어 나가겠다”고 말했다.
