[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 오는 13일부터 소상공인 대상 긴급난방비 신청을 받는다고 3일 밝혔다.

신청은 오는 22일까지 사업자 대표 주민등록 거주지 읍면행정복지센터를 통해 이루어지며, 사업자 본인이 직접 신청해야 한다.

지원대상은 신청시작 전일 기준 군에 3개월 이상 주소 및 사업장을 둔 소상공인이며, 각종 소상공인 지원사업 제외업종은 제외된다.

난방비는 20만원의 지역화폐카드로 지급되는 만큼 신청 전, 가평지역화폐카드 회원 가입 및 발급이 필수이며 자세한 사항은 군청 홈페이지를 통해 확인 가능하다.

앞서 군과 군의회는 지난 달 15일 난방비 폭등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 군민 생활안정을 위해 긴급난방비 지원 공동합의문을 발표한바 있다.

지원대상은 관내 총 1만209가구(개소)에 20억8000여만 원으로 기초생활수급자 및 차상위계층 등 저소득층 3450가구에 20만원을, 경로당․아동시설․장애인시설․보육시설 등 난방취약시설 204개소에 40만원을 각각 지원키로 했다.

또한, 정부나 경기도 지원을 받지 못하는 관내 소상공인 6555개소에 20만원을 지원하되 기초생활수급자 또는 차상위가구인 소상공인에게는 중복해 지급되지 않는다.  

긴급난방비는 실지급 대상 자료 추출 및 예비비 편성, 중복자료 검토 등 행정절차를 거쳐 지역화폐로 지원된다. 

서태원 군수는 “이번 긴급난방비 지원이 코로나19로 힘든 시기를 지나온 소상공인 경영을 재기하는데 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 소상공인을 위한 정책과 지원에 소홀함이 없도록 노력을 기울여 나가겠다”고 말했다.
