[김준호 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 삼척시는 8월 29일(월) 15시 삼척시청 시민회의장에서 7개 기관과 함께 삼척지역 소상공인 경영애로 해소 및 지역경제 활성화를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.

이날 협약식에는 삼척시(시장 박상수)를 비롯해 삼척세무서(서장 한상현), 고용노동부 태백고용노동지청(삼척고용센터소장 김영주), 강원신용보증재단(동해지점장 이덕원), 삼척상공회의소(회장 정희수), 강원대학교 삼척산학협력단(단장 박훈), 소상공인시장진흥공단(삼척센터장 유은실) 등 7개 기관이 참석했다.

이번 협약으로 구성된 협의체는 삼척 지역경제 전반에 대한 정보를 공유하고 소상공인 맞춤형 정책 수립 및 지원, 소상공인 특화사업 발굴 등 소상공인의 자생력과 활성화에 기여한다는 방침이다.

기관별로는 삼척시는 소상공인 맞춤형 정책 수립 및 지원 ▶삼척상공회의소는 상공인 교육, 경영상담 ▶삼척세무서는 소상공인 세무·세법 상담 ▶고용노동부 태백지청 삼척고용센터는 취업 지원, 고용안정 사업 ▶강원신용보증재단 동해지점은 경영지원, 보증 ▶소상공인시장진흥공단 삼척센터는 소상공인 특화사업 발굴 및 법률지원, 컨설팅 ▶강원대학교 삼척산학협력단은 청년창업 사업 연계 등의 역할을 수행하게 된다.

협의체는 소상공인시장진흥공단 삼척센터가 구심점이 되어 분기별로 실무위원회 회의를 통해 상호 지원 정책을 공유하여 소기업․소상공인에게 필요한 정책을 동시에 지원할 수 있는 협업 기반을 마련해 나갈 계획이다.

삼척시 관계자는 “이번 협약을 통해 어려움을 겪고 있는 소기업, 소상공인들을 위한 실질적인 지원이 이루어질 수 있도록 7개 기관과 상호 협력하여 최선의 노력을 다하겠다.”고 전했다.
