[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군이 취업률 향상 및 취업 취약계층 생활안정 지원을 위해 군민과 함께하는 일자리센터를 운영한다고 16일 밝혔다.

이에 가평군은 공간적 제약으로 일자리센터 방문이 어려운 지역주민들을 위해 직업상담사가 직접 찾아 구인난을 겪고 있는 관내 기업체와 구직자들을 연결하는 등 ‘찾아가는 일자리 이동상담소’를 운영한다.

상담소에서는 취업 상담 및 알선을 비롯해 이력서 및 자기소개서 작성법, 군 일자리센터 지원업무 및 계층별 취업프로그램 안내 등 취업 관련 정보를 함께 제공함으로서 맞춤형 취업연계를 지원할 계획이다.

올해 첫 운영되는 찾아가는 일자리 이동상담소는 이달 20일 상면행정복지센터를 시작으로 22일 설악면 눈메골광장, 24일 북면 하나로마트지점에서 운영되며, 하반기에는 6개 읍면에서 개최될 예정이다. 

이와 함께 가평군은 취업지원 서비스 확충을 위해 연중 취업 연계 및 일자리 상담을 비롯해 중․장년층 및 청년층 취업지원 프로그램 운영, 권역별 채용박람회 등을 열 계획이다.

또한 지역에 적합한 공공일자리 발굴 지원을 위해 공공․장년․지역공동체 일자리 등 공공재정일자리 10개 사업에 80여명을 참여시킬 예정이다,  

특히 가평군은 올해 공약사업으로 다문화, 군인가족, 경력단절여성 등의 일자리 창출을 위해 공공재정일자리사업 추진 시, 우선 참여기회를 부여하고 채용 우대기업 적극 참여 유도, 읍면별 이동 취업상담소 운영, 취업코칭 교육 등을 추진할 방침이다. 

가평군은 지난해에도 희복일자리, 장년일자리, 지역공동체일자리, 지역방역일자리 등 공공재정일자리 4개 사업, 45개 사업장에 83명을 참여시켰다.

아울러 일자리 상담 1만4352건, 구인구직등록 3691명, 알선실적 5568건, 취업실적 1252건 등 전년도 대비 4% 증가한 일자리센터를 운영하는 등 시․군종합평가 공공 취업지원 서비스 달성률 지표 S등급을 달성하기도 했다. 

가평군 관계자는 “구인업체는 우수한 업무능력을 갖춘 인재 확보를, 구직자들에게는 양질의 일자리 정보제공을 통해 채용기회를 보장 받을 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
