달전리 372세대 공동주택 건설 예정

 

가평군은 지난 7월 29일, 제2022-170호 주택건설사업계획 승인 및 군 관리계획(지구단위계획구역 및 지구단위계획) 고시를 발표했다. 위치는 달전리 284-7번지 일원에 전체면적 63,912.6㎡의 35층 규모의 고층아파트가 들어설 예정이고, 사업 규모는 2개 동 지하 2층/지상 35층 총 372세대, 입주일은 2025년 11월이다.

 

공사가 완료될 경우 가평군 최초로 30층이 넘는 랜드마크 주거시설이 될 것으로 전망된다.

 

현재 해당 지역 아파트는 건설사가 선정되지 않은 것으로 전해진다. 시행사 관계자는 “8월 중 건설사 선정에 들어갈 예정이며 견본주택(모델하우스) 오픈과 함께 분양에 들어간다”는 계획을 밝혔다.

5개 현장 29층까지...

 

현재 가평군에는 대형아파트들이 공사가 한창 진행 중이다. 가평읍 4곳, 설악면 1곳으로 고층아파트들로 이루어졌다. 지상 12층~29층까지로 다양하다. 

 

가평읍에는 올해 센트럴파크 더스카이 2개 동/168세대 2022년 8월 입주 예정(가평읍 읍내리 457-5)이다.

 

내년에는 e편한세상 472세대(2023년 7월 입주) 예정이며, 자이 505세대(2023년 8월 입주)와 힐스테이트 451세대(2023년 11월)가 입주할 예정이다.
