[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 16일 오전 가평신협은 가평읍, 청평면, 조종면, 상면 행정복지센터를 방문하여 어려운 이웃에 전달해 달라며 겨울이불 총 27채를 기탁하였다고 밝혔다.

가평신협은 매년 ‘온세상 나눔 캠페인’을 전개하여 취약계층이 가장 살기 힘든 동절기에 실질적으로 필요한 방한용품을 지원하여, 따뜻한 겨울나기를 할 수 있도록 지속적인 관심과 나눔을 실천하고 있다고 했다. 

물품은 각 읍‧면 맞춤형복지팀을 통해 지역의 어르신들에게 전달되었고, 이불을 전달 받으신 한 어르신은 “생계비가 나오면 두툼한 이불을 장만하려고 했는데 이렇게 예쁘고 따뜻한 이불을 선물로 받게 되어 올겨울은 하나도 춥지 않겠다. 난방비가 절약되겠다“고 매우 기뻐하셨다고 했다.  

가평신협 홍해룡 이사장은 “온 세상 나눔 캠페인, 어부바 슬로건처럼 취약계층을 위한 다양한 사회공헌활동을 지속적으로 펼쳐나갈 것이며 나눔 온도를 높이고자 노력하겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
