다함께돌봄센터는 방과 후 돌봄이 필요한 해당지역 초등학생에게 다양한 돌봄 프로그램을 제공하는 이용시설로서, 기존 저소득층 위주의 돌봄을 넘어 소득 수준과 관계없이 돌봄이 필요한 만6세~만12세 초등학생이면 누구나 이용 가능한 시설이라고 했다.

가평군은 2018년 말 초등돌봄 사각지대를 해소하고 맞벌이 가정의 양육부담을 덜기 위해 ‘다함께돌봄 4개년 수립 계획’을 통해 가평 관내 순차적인 다함께돌봄센터 설치를 확정했으며, 2019년 가평읍 다함께돌봄센터 설립을 시작으로 2021년 9월 청평면 다함께돌봄센터 개소에 이어 12월 조종면 다함께돌봄센터 설치를 완료했다고 전했다.

조종면 다함께돌봄센터는 면적 99㎡, 정원 25명으로, 학기 중 오후 2시~7시, 방학 중 오전 9시~오후 6시까지 운영한다고 했다.
