[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군은 2022년도 지적재조사 사업지구로 신청한 '임초1·2지구, 덕현1·2지구'가 지정·고시 했다고 밝혔다.

사업지구로 지정된 ‘임초1·2지구’ 사업 대상은 상면 임초리 220-4번지 일원으로 전체 617필지이고, ‘덕현1·2지구’ 사업 대상은 상면 덕현리 364-2번지 일원으로 전체 633필지이다.

가평군은 총 사업비 2억 3천만원 전액 국비를 투입하여 ‘임초1·2지구,덕현1·2지구’ 지적재조사 사업을 진행하며, 토지현황조사 및 지적재조사측량, 경계조사 및 경계합의를 통한 경계확정 등 2024년까지 사업을 완료할 계획이다.

가평군은 지적재조사 사업지구 지정을 위해 지난해 11월 실시계획을 수립하고 사업지구 토지소유자 및 이해관계인, 지역주민을 대상으로 사업설명과 의견청취, 토지소유자 동의서 징구를 위해 '온라인 및 찾아가는 주민설명회'를 실시하여 사업진행 충족 요건인 토지소유자 총수 및 토지면적 2/3이상의 주민동의서를 확보하는 성과를 얻어 경기도 지적재조사위원회 심의·의결을 받았다.

군 관계자는 “지적재조사사업을 통해 우리군의 지적불부합지가 크게 해소됨은 물론 군민의 재산권을 보호하는데 도움이 될 것”이라며 “지적재조사사업이 원활히 추진될 수 있도록 토지소유자 및 이해관계인의 적극적인 관심과 협조를 부탁드린다”고 당부했다.
