[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군은 하절기 복지사각지대 위기가정을 발굴·지원하고자 7월에서 8월까지 집중 발굴 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다. 

중점 발굴대상으로 단전, 단수, 휴·폐업, 실직 등 위기사유 발생자와 냉각 살수 대상 거주민(주거용 비닐하우스 단 지 등) 및 119에 신고된 대상자(온열환자 등) 가정방문 시 출산, 양육, 실업, 노령, 장애, 질병, 빈곤 및 사망 등 사회적 위험으로 인하여 사회보장급여가 필요해 보이는 가정 등이다. 

또한, 소득·재산 기준에는 미충족 되지만 복합적인 문제를 가진 가구의 경우 통합사례관리 대상자로 선정하여 필요한 복지서비스를 제공한다. 

주민이 자발적으로 참여하는 인적안전망을 통하여 민관이 함께 주위에 어려운 이웃은 없는지 관심을 가지며 지속적인 활동을 펼치고 있다.
