이해곤 북면장은 “동절기동안 소외되는 면민 없이 모두가 안전하고 따뜻한 겨울을 날 수 있도록 만전을 기하겠으며 주변에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 이웃을 발견하면 지체없이 북면행정복지센터로 연락을 줄 것”을 당부하였다.
