[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동두천시 상패동 바르게살기위원회는 지난 28일 상패동 행정복지센터 일원에서 환경정화 봉사활동을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이날 봉사활동은 상패동 내 대로변 및 환경 취약지를 중심으로 무단 방치된 쓰레기를 수거하고, 떨어진 나뭇잎을 정리하는 등 깨끗한 상패동을 만들기 위해 모두가 구슬땀을 흘렸다.

한영수 상패동장은 “지역을 위해 다양한 봉사활동을 하는 회원들에게 감사드리며, 아름답고 쾌적한 상패동 조성을 위해 동에서도 끊임없는 노력을 기울이겠다”고 말했다.
