[남상훈 기자] 10일 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 지난해 ESG경영 활동을 수록한 ‘2022년도 ESG경영이행보고서’를 발간했다고 밝혔다. 

금번 보고서는 환경·사회·지배구조·주요사업 4개 부문으로 구성됐으며, 전 부문에서 민관협력을 통한 이해관계자의 ESG 참여활동이 중점적으로 기술됐다. 

먼저 환경 부문에서는 -ISO 14001 환경경영 국제표준 인증 취득, -저탄소·에너지 자립형 개발사업 추진, -그린 모빌리티사업구조 재편 지원, -친환경 해양경영 지원 등 친환경·탄소중립 전환 노력이 소개됐다. 

사회 부문에서는 -코로나19 피해를 입은 중소기업·소상공인 대상 국유재산 대부료 및 임대료 인하, -협력업체와의 상생‧협력을 위한 대금지급제도 개선, -지역 일자리 창출을 위한 부산 청년창업허브 개관 등 캠코의 차별화된 비즈니스 기반 사례들이 수록됐다. 

지배구조 부문에서 캠코는 -비상임이사 경영참여 확대 등 전문성 있는 이사회로서 역할 강화, -이해충돌방지 대응방안을 중점 반영해 청렴․윤리 내재화 활동을 강화, -청년으로 구성된 ESG 서포터즈 운영을 통해 국민 참여 기반의 경영활동을 펼쳤다. 

마지막으로 주요사업 부문에서는 -소상공인·자영업자의 위기극복과 재도약 지원을 위한 새출발기금 출범, -회생기업 경영정상화 지원, -공공개발 확대 등 경제 정상화 및 국가재산 가치증대 노력이 담겼다. 

한편, 캠코는 매년 대내외 이해관계자와 ESG경영 활동 및 성과를 공유하고, 지속가능한 공공플랫폼으로의 전환 의지를 확고히 하고자 보고서를 발간하고 있다. 보고서는 대내외 주요 이해관계자를 대상으로 배포되며, 캠코 홈페이지내 미디어룸-발간자료-ESG경영이행보고서 게시판에서 확인할 수 있다.
