[김현우 기자 = 동두천시] 동두천시는 오는 7월 7일 직원을 위한 '제2회 멘탈케어 박람회'를 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

지난 3월에 이어 두 번째 개최되는 이번 박람회는 직원들의 업무 및 관계 스트레스를 해소하고 개인의 스트레스 회복 탄력성 향상을 통한 건강한 조직 분위기 조성을 위해 개최되며 직원들이 각자 원하는 프로그램을 자유롭게 선택하여 체험하는 형식으로 진행할 예정이다.

체험형 부스는 총 7개로, 3월에 비해 2개 프로그램을 추가하고 인기 프로그램을 확대 편성했다. 

주요 프로그램은 스트레스 상태에 따라 변하는 색을 통해 컨디션을 점검할 수 있는 스트레스패치, 다양한 간식을 재치 있게 제공하는 행복약국, 심박수 기반으로 혈관의 탄성도 및 스트레스를 측정하는 HRV(맥파) 측정을 비롯해 다이나믹케어, 미술심리, 타로상담, 핸드마사지 그리고 전문 상담사가 진행하는 원데이해석상담 등으로 구성된다.

동두천시 관계자는 “직장 분위기를 환기하고 조직의 심리적 안정감을 높이기 위해 이번 행사를 기획했다”라며 “많은 직원이 멘탈케어 박람회를 통해 마음건강을 돌아볼 수 있도록 행사 준비 및 홍보에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
