이날 환경정비는 운사모 회원들이 운악산 등산 B코스를 비롯해 운악광장 등 운악산 일대에서 쓰레기 수거, 잡목 및 잡초 제거, 불법현수막 철거, 계단보수 등 등산객의 편의와 쾌적한 환경조성을 위해 구슬땀을 흘렸다.

유오열 회장은 “운악산을 찾는 등산객들이 아름다운 자연경관을 누릴 수 있도록 환경정비활동을 진행했다. 이러한 활동이 마중물이 되어 깨끗하고 아름다운 운악산을 찾는 등산객의 발길이 증가하길 바란다.”고 말했다.

한편, 운사모는 매월 운악산을 찾는 등산객을 대상으로 차와 떡을 무료로 나눠주고 운악산 청결운동을 이어나가는 등 운악산 홍보를 위해 최선을 다하고 있다.
