[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군이 중대재해처벌법 시행에 따라 관내 주요 현장의 안전·보건 현장점검을 실시하였다고 밝혔다.

이번 현장점검은 지난 5월 16일부터 5월 27일 2주간 실시되었으며, 군이 발주한 도급, 용역, 위탁 사업 중 주요 사업장 가평군 시설관리공단 외 17개에 대해 점검을 실시했다고 전했다.

주요 점검사항으로 공사현장 주변 등 취약시설 안전 관리실태 및 건설 기계 장비 등 중대재해처벌법과 산업안전보건법에 따른 의무사항 이행 여부를 확인했다.

현장점검 결과 총 지적사항은 52건이었고, 경미한 사항은 즉시 시정조치 하였으며, 그 외에는 오는 6월 중 시정조치요구서를 발행하여 2주후 개선여부를 확인하고자 추가 점검을 실시할 예정이라고 했다.

군 관계자는 “이번 점검은 중대재해처벌법 시행(2022. 1. 27.)이후 첫 현장점검으로 이번 점검을 계기로 군 발주 사업이 안전을 최우선 시 되어 사업시행 전, 후에도 안전조치에 대한 사항을 한 번 더 확인 하는 계기가 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.
