[김준호 기자 = 동해시] 동해시는 최근 정책실명제 심의를 통해 선정된 신규사업 7건과 현재 진행중인 52건의 사업은 시 홈페이지 「정책실명제」코너에 공개되며, 지속적으로 관리하게 된다고 전했다.

신규 선정된 사업은 농업기술센터의 과학영농종합단지 시설 설치, 상하수도사업소의 노후하수관로 정비사업(천곡, 평릉분구) 실시설계 용역 등 공사 1건, 용역 2건, 조례 4건으로 총 7건이다.

정책실명제는 정책의 투명성, 책임성을 높이기 위해 주요 정책에 참여하는 관련자의 실명과 의견을 기록·관리하고 공개하는 제도로, 조례 및 규칙의 제정, 5억원 이상 예산이 투입되는 공사, 5000만원 이상 연구·용역사업 등이 해당된다.

이번에 선정된 사업 외에도 시민이 공개를 원하는 사업을 신청받아 공개하는 국민신청실명제를 연중 수시 운영중이며, 신청을 원하는 시민은 시홈페이지에서 신청서식을 내려받아 행정과로 우편·방문접수 또는 이메일로 신청할 수 있다.
