[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 평창군은 중대재해처벌법 제정·시행에 따른 안전·보건체계를 구축하기 위해 아파트 건설공사 현장 2개소에 대하여 안전점검을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

점검대상은 진부면 공동주택 신축공사 현장과 대관령면 공동주택 신축공사 현장이 해당되며 추가적으로 평창읍에 진행중인 공동주택 현장이 점검대상에 포함될 예정이라고 전했다.

점검 항목으로 '보, 기둥, 벽체 등 주요 구조물 시공 안전성', '주요 구조물 자재·부품의 적정성', '거푸집, 비계, 동바리 등 가설구조물의 설치·관리', '타워크레인 등 건설기계 설치·운영 관리', '인화성 물질 관리 실태', '콘크리트 양생 및 온도관리' 등으로 건설 현장의 주요 사항들이 중점 점검대상이 되며, 점검결과 미흡한 사항에 대해서는 현지시정 조치 및 개선권고로 진행되고 법령 위반사항에 대해서는 행정지도 및 과태료를 부과할 방침으로, 군은 앞으로도 해당공사의 시공사·감리사는 매일 안전점검 후 기록을 관리하고 인허가기관인 평창군에서는 불시점검을 통해 기록 확인 및 현장점검을 진행한다는 계획이라고 했다.
