[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군수직 인수위원회가 6월 20일부터 오는 24일까지 군정 업무 파악을 위해 주요 시설물과 사업장 현장 방문을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

주요 방문사업대상지는 ▶북한강 천년뱃길 조성사업 대상지 ▶밀리터리 테마파크 ▶환경성질환 예방관리센터 ▶7080청평고을 조성사업 ▶북면생활체육공원 조성공사 ▶평생학습관 건립사업장 ▶상천 농촌테마파크 등 16개소다. 

현장을 방문한 인수위원들은 관계 공무원으로부터 현장별 사업 추진현황을 보고 받고 사업의 필요성과 적정성을 확인하고 사업 추진에 문제점은 없었는지 등을 꼼꼼히 살핀다. 

특히, 현재 추진방향 설정에 어려움이 있는 사업에 대해서는 원점에서 재검토 하는 등 심도 있는 논의를 진행할 예정이다.

박창석 공동인수위원장은 “이번 주요사업장 현장 방문은 가평군에서 추진 중인 사업의 운영  실태와 문제점을 확인할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것이다.”라며 “사업장 현장에서 수집한 자료와 군민들의 건의사항 등을 검토해 민선8기의 새로운 정책에 반영될 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
