[남상훈 기자 = 화천] 최문순 화천군수가 오는 7일 개막을 앞둔 '2023 얼음나라 화천산천어축제'의 성공적인 개막을 위해 얼음천공, 산천어 방양, 관광객 편의부스 설치 등 축제 막바지 준비 현장에 방문해 직원 및 축제장 안전점검에 나섰다고 밝혔다.

최근 전 직원 대상 심폐 소생술 교육을 실시한데 이어 축제장 프로그램 부스 등에 심장 재세동기 등 응급의료 장비를 비치하는 등 철저한 안전 점검과 혼잡상황을 미연에 방지하기 위해 통행로에 우측통행 안내 표지를 부착하고, 축제장 안전펜스 등의 설치도 마쳤다. 

(재)나라 역시 지난 2일부터 현장 낚시터를 시작으로 얼음낚시를 위한 천공 작업을 시작했다. 축제 개막일까지 현장 낚시터는 물론, 축제장 상류 예약 낚시터까지 천공을 마무리할 계획이다.
