[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군 의료시설 부족 문제로 인해 주민들의 불편이 가중되고 있다. 전문 의료병원에서 진단받기 위해서는 춘천 등 타 지역을 방문해야 하는 일들이 반복되고 있기 때문이다. 특히, 전문의가 부족한 가평군으로서는 군민들의 불만을 해소할 방법을 찾기 위해 노력하고 있으나 빠른 해결은 어려울 전망이다.

지난 7월말 가평군 주민 A씨는 손가락에 이유 모를 물집이 생기는 이유로 피부과 병원을 찾았다. 그러나 가평군에 피부과 전문의가 아닌 일반 가정의학과 의사들은 제대로 처방을 내리지 못했다.
