[김준호 기자=삼척시] 삼척시는 국세와 지방세 등의 과세기준으로 활용되는 단독 및 다가구 등 개별주택 13,243호와 관내 아파트 등 17,477호의 공동주택의 가격(안) 열람 및 의견제출 기간을 3월 21일~4월 10일까지 21일간 운영한다.

개별 및 공동주택가격은, 2023년 1월 1일을 기준으로 토지와 건물을 포함하여 산정되었으며 종합부동산세, 양도소득세 등 국세와 재산세, 취득세 및 등록세 등 지방세의 과세자료가 된다.

열람 방법은, 주택소유자 또는 이해관계인이 시청 민원실과 해당 주택 소재지 읍·면·동 행정복지센터 및 부동산공시가격알리미에서 열람 가능하며, 이의가 있는 경우 적정가격을 기재한 의견서를 제출할 수 있다.

제출된 의견서의 경우, 공동주택은 국토교통부에서 처리하며, 개별주택에 대해서는 삼척시가 인근주택 및 표준주택의 가격과 균형을 이루는지의 여부 등을 재조사하여 감정평가사의 검증 및 시 부동산평가위원회의 심의를 거쳐 처리결과를 의견 제출인에게 통지할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

윤석훈 세무과장은 "주택공시가격은 주택시장의 가격정보를 제공하고, 국세와 지방세 등의 과세기준으로 활용되는 중요한 자료인 만큼 주택소유자 또는 이해관계인은 주택가격의 적정여부를 반드시 확인해 불이익을 받는 일이 없도록 참여를 당부했다."
