[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 지난 10일, 시청 시정회의실에서 ‘2022년 제3차 포천시 계약심의위원회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 제3차 계약심의위원회에서는 소흘 도시계획도로(송우중~통일대) 개설공사 등 5건에 대한 심의를 진행했다. 

발주부서는 사업개요, 사업의 필요성, 입찰참가자격, 계약진행 방법 등에 대한 사항을 설명하고 심의위원들은 이를 청취 후 심도 있는 논의와 의견교류를 통해 심의안을 의결했다.

포천시 계약심의위원회는 관련분야 건설기술자, 교수, 사회단체 관계자 등으로 구성되어 추정가격 50억 원 이상 공사, 10억 원 이상의 용역·물품 구매의 입찰참가 자격과 계약 방법에 관한 사항, 부정당업자 제재처분 등에 관한 사항을 심의한다.

김광준 위원장은 “계약심의위원회의 지속적인 개최를 통해 향후 시에서 추진하는 주요사업 계약업무를 지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 등에 근거하여 공정하고 투명하게 처리하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
