[남상훈 기자 = 의정부시] 의정부시는 노후 공동주택의 관리비용 부담 완화와 주거 환경 개선을 위해 ‘2023년 공동주택 지원사업’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

노후 부대·복리시설 개·보수에 필요한 비용의 일부를 지원하는 이번 사업 신청기간은 오는 19일부터 내년 1월 27일까지이며, 지원금액은 공사비의 60~80% 이내로 대상에 따라 상이하다.

의정부시는 신청대상을 사업승인대상과 건축허가대상으로 나눴다. 사업승인대상의 의무관리단지인 준공 후 10년 이상 경과한 150세대 이상의 공동주택(아파트 등)과 비의무관리단지인 준공 후 15년 이상 경과한 30세대 이상 150세대 미만의 공동주택이다. 의무관리대상은 최대 4,000만원까지 비의무관리대상은 최대 2,500만원까지 지원한다. 

또한 건축허가대상인 준공 후 15년 이상 경과한 30세대 미만의 공동주택(다세대·연립 등)의 경우 소규모 공동주택지원 사업을 통해 공사비 80%이내 최대 1,000만원까지 지원이 가능하다.

지원분야는 -열린 녹지공간 조성사업, -주차장·단지 내 도로 보수, -승강기·CCTV 설치·교체, -친환경 자동차 충전소 설치, -옥상·외벽방수 등이다. 특히, 기존 담장을 허물고 조경을 조성하는 열린 녹지공간 조성사업으로 참여 시 높은 가점(인센티브)을 부여받을 수 있다. 기타 구비서류 등 자세한 사항은 의정부시 홈페이지 고시/공고에서 확인하거나 주택과로 문의하면 된다.
