[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 8월 17일부터 10월 14일까지 60일간 양구군은 국가안전대진단을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

국가안전대진단은 모든 안전관리 주체가 참여하여 안전 점검 등 캠페인을 전개하여 주요 시설물의 결함 및 위험요인을 발굴하는 등 지역안전사고를 예방하고자 추진하는 사업이다.

양구군은 산림청·환경부 등 각 부처에서 위임한 26개소 시설과 자체 선정한 4개소, 총 30개소의 시설을 점검하게 되며 주요 점검 대상으로는 △산사태 발생지역 및 위험지역 △전통시장 및 다중이용시설 △식품·의료제품 제조·판매업소 △야영장 △관광숙박시설 △상·하수도 시설 △농어촌 체험 휴양마을 등이고 점검 결과 현장에서 시정 가능한 사항은 즉시 시정할 계획이, 중대한 결함이나 위험요인 발견 시 재난 발생을 방지하기 위해 보수·보강, 위험구역 며설정 등 긴급 안전조치를 시행할 방침이다.

또한 국가안전대진단을 실시한 후 양구군 홈페이지에 대진단 결과를 공개하고, 지적사항 등을 국가안전대진단 시스템에 입력하여 조치사항 이행 여부 등을 지속적으로 모니터링할 계획이며 지역주민 참여를 활성화하기 위해 ‘안전 점검의 날 캠페인’을 실시하고, 홈페이지, 전단지, 전광판 등을 활용하여 적극 홍보할 계획이다.
