[남상훈 기자 = 양구군] 지난 18일 양구군은 고향사랑기부제 답례품 선정위원회를 개최해 최종 5개 분야 37건의 답례품 품목을 선정하고 답례품 공급업체 선정기준을 마련했다고 밝혔다.

고향사랑기부제는 개인이 현재 주소지를 제외한 지방자치단체(시·도, 시·군·구)에 일정액을 기부하면, 기부자에게 세액공제 혜택과 답례품을 제공하는 제도이다.

양구군은 선정위원회를 통해 1차 생산물(쌀·소고기 등)과 가공품(시래기·사과 가공품 등), 공예품(백자 공예품·방짜 수저 등), 관광·서비스상품(생태관광·스포츠관광 등), 양구사랑상품권 등 최종 5개 분야 37건의 답례품 품목을 선정했다. 

또한 답례품 공급업체 선정기준으로 지역 기반에 대한 점수 기준을 상향하자는 의견이 제시되어 답례품 공급 시 지역에 기반을 두고 지역에서 생산된 원재료의 비중이 큰 공급업체가 선정될 수 있도록 했다.아울러 오는 12월 중으로 답례품 공급업체 선정과 고향사랑기금운용심의회 위원 구성 등을 추진해 2023년 1월 시행 전까지 전방위적으로 제도 시행 준비에 최선을 다할 계획이다. 

양구군은 오는 2023년 1월부터 시행하는 고향사랑기부제가 지역의 특산물 유통을 활성화하며 도시민과 지역주민 간의 연결고리를 형성하여 타 자치단체 인구가 인구감소지역인 양구군의 생활인구가 될 수 있도록 적극 노력한다는 방침이다.

군 관계자는 “고향사랑기부제가 우리 지역의 미래를 결정할 수 있다는 생각으로 사전 준비에 최선을 다하겠다”라며 “우리 군민과 출향 군민 등에 적극적인 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”라고 말했다.
