[김현우 기자 = 속초] 속초시가 새해를 맞아 주요 해맞이 명소에 경찰·소방·모범운전자회·자율방범대 등 100여 명의 가용인력을 총동원해 방문객 급증에 대비한 안전 관리에 총력을 다한다고 27일 밝혔다.
