[남상훈 기자 = 양구군 ]양구군은 지역 내 청년과 사업장에 대해 고용기회와 인력난 해소 나아가 군의 청년층 유입을 위해 청년일자리사업 추진하며 이를 통해 청년들의 안정적인 지역 정착을 유도할 예정이라고 밝혔다.

먼저, 양구군은 지역 내 사업장은 인력난을 해소하고, 참여 청년에게는 고용기회 제공, 양구군에는 청년층 유입 등을 위해 추진하는 사업인 ‘청년지킴이사업’에 참여할 사업장 15개소를 모집한다. 모집 대상은 양구군 내 사무소 또는 영업소를 두고 청년을 정규직으로 신규 채용할 계획이 있으며 관할 세무서에 사업자등록을 한 사업체이며 취업하는 청년에 대해 2년간 월 최대 180만 원의 인건비를 지원한다.

또한, 양구군은 창업 초기 청년들의 성장과 정착을 지원하기 위한 ‘창업성장플러스 청년 창업 지원사업’ 희망자를 모집하며 대상은 오는 2023년 1월 1일 기준 만 18세 이상 ~ 만 39세 이하의 양구군에서 창업한 지 1~7년 차 청년이다. 선발된 청년에게는 신제품 개발, 홍보비, 재료비 등 간접비 연 1,500만 원과 자산취득비 최대 100만 원을 지원한다.

사업 참여를 희망하는 사업장과 청년은 참여 신청서 등 구비 서류를 갖춰 오는 19일부터 26일까지 경제일자리과로 제출하면 되고 군은 심사기준표 등에 의해 심사하여 선발할 예정이다.
