[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군 상면행정복지센터에서는 지난 17일, 마을복지 의제를 발굴하고 해결방안을 모색하여 마을복지공동체 역할을 강화하기 위한 제2차 '2023년 마을복지계획 수립 워크숍'을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 2차 워크숍은 지역사회보장협의체 위원 등 14명이 참석한 가운데 지난 5월 실시한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 1차 워크숍에 이어 상면의 현안 문제들과 그것들을 해결 할 수 있는 지역 자원은 무엇이 있는지 토의를 통해 알아보는 시간을 가졌다.

생애주기별 대상자들의 생활, 문화, 환경, 교육, 건강, 기타 등 각 분야별로 지역의 문제점들에 대해 논의하였으며, 우리 지역의 연결 가능한 인적자원, 환경 및 공간자원, 정보 및 데이터 자원을 살펴보고 먼저 도출한 문제점들에 대한 대안을 탐색하는 등 마을복지계획의 근간이 되는 의견을 취합하는 시간을 가졌다.

위선경 상면장은 “지역 주민이 주도적으로 참석하여 마을의제를 발굴하고 해결방안을 모색하여 상면의 지역현황 및 특성, 욕구를 제대로 반영한 지속가능한 마을복지계획을 수립하는 만큼 복지만족도를 높일 수 있는 기회가 되기를 기대한다.”고 말하며, “주민들의 다양한 복지욕구를 파악하고 해결할 수 있도록 적극적인 행정지원을 이어나가겠다.”고 전했다. 

또한, 상면은 앞으로도 3차 워크숍과 공청회를 통해 지역주민들의 자유로운 의사소통을 거쳐 의제를 발굴․선정하고 상면에 맞는 복지계획을 마련해 나갈 예정이라고 밝혔다.
