[안종욱 기자 = 가평] 서태원 가평군수가 2일 군의원 및 간부 공무원들과 함께 경기북부청사에 마련된 ‘이태원 참사’ 합동분향소를 찾아 고인들의 명복을 빌었다.

무거운 표정으로 분향소 앞에 선 서태원 군수는 비통하고 안타까운 마음을 담아 조문록을 작성한 후 국화 한 송이를 헌화하고 묵념했다.

서 군수는 “불의의 사고로 돌아가신 분들의 명복을 빈다” 며, “비통에 잠긴 유가족에게 깊은 위로의 말씀을 드린다”고 말했다.

한편, 가평군은 국가애도기간 중 군 주관으로 개최되는 행사를 취소하기로 하고, 향후 관내 행사 개최시 안전관리 사전점검 등을 통해 모든 안전사고에 대비한다는 방침이다.
