이날 선포식에는 회천2동 지역사회보장협의체가 참석했으며, 그간의 마을복지계획 수립과정을 되돌아보며 최종 선정된 사업들을 성공적으로 실행하기 위한 결의를 다졌다고 했다.

김선경 위원장은 “최근 마을공동체의 역할에 대한 관심과 함께 민간의 역할이 중요해지고 있어 앞으로 우리 지역사회보장협의체 위원들의 역할이 더욱 커질 것으로 기대한다”며 “이웃에 대한 지속적인 관심과 돌봄으로 지역복지 발전을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

홍미영 회천2동장은 “주민복지욕구조사를 통해 주민이 원하는 복지사업을 선정했다는데 의의가 크다”며 “2022년 마을복지계획이 원활하게 수행될 수 있도록 최선을 다해 지원하겠다”고 전했다.
