[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사는 8월 19일, 제2대 노동이사로 김슬기 과장이 취임했다고 밝혔다. 

GH는 지난 2019년부터 노동이사제를 도입해, 지난 18일 제1대 노동이사가 3년의 임기를 마쳤고, 제2대 노동이사 선임을 위해 지난 5월 공개모집을 실시하고, 6월 전 임직원 대상 온라인 투표를 거쳐 선정된 최종 후보자를 경기도지사가 임명했다.

김슬기 노동이사는 지난 2008년 공사에 입사해 현재 경영기획본부에 재직 중이며, 오는 2025년 8월 18일까지 3년 동안 비상임 이사직을 수행하게 된다.

김 노동이사는 “노동자의 처우와 조직의 선순환 구조를 확립하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”며 “공사의 미래를 위해 더 좋은 생각, 아이디어가 있으면 기꺼이 수용하고 섬기는 자세로 임하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
