중점 발굴대상으로 실직, 휴·폐업 등 소득상실로 인한 위기가구 및 건보료·금융연체자, 사회적 단절 우려가 큰 중장년 1인가구, 반지하, 비닐하우스, 움막 등 주거 취약계층, 그 밖에 도움이 필요한 복지위기가구 등이다.

현장점검을 기본으로 위기징후정보 빅데이터를 활용하여 자체 기획발굴 및 명예사회복지공무원(지역사회보장협의체, 복지이장, 생활업종 종사 등)을 통해 위기가구를 상시 발굴하고 공적·민간 지원을 연계할 계획이다.

지원내용으로는 소득․재산 기준 충족시 맞춤형급여(기초생계․의료․주거․교육), 차상위계층 지원, 긴급지원 등의 혜택을 받을 수 있으며, 더불어 군 생활보장심의 및 긴급지원심의를 활용해 사각지대에 처한 취약계층을 적극 지원하고 있다.
