[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 지난 6일 관인면 도시재생현장지원센터 개소식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

시는 관인면 도시재생사업의 원활한 추진을 위해 현장센터에 상근인력을 배치하고, 지역주민과 관련 유관기관의 다양한 의견을 수렴·조정하며 사업을 추진한다는 방침이다.

이날 개소식과 함께 제1회 관인면 도시재생대학 개강식을 진행했다. 도시재생대학은 앞으로 주민과 도시재생 공동체의 역할을 이해하고, 주민 스스로 지역자원을 발굴하여 사업화에 활용할 수 있도록 운영할 예정이다. 

한편, 시는 ‘도농문화 관광마을 만들기 사람이 모이는 관문!’을 비전으로 관인면 탄동리 1000번지 일원에 2024년까지 총사업비 70억 원을 투입해 관인1+센터와 관인행복로드를 조성하고, 주민역량강화 프로그램으로 도농문화마을 활력찾기 S/W사업 등을 통해 문화관광마을로 활성화시킬 계획이다.
