이날 강의는 전문 강사를 초빙해아이스브레이킹, 정부예산안 분석기반, 국가재정과지방재정, 정책아이디어 발굴실습 과정으로 7시간에 걸쳐 주요정책을 발굴‧분석할 수 있는 참여형 방식으로 진행됐다.

서태원 군수는 “신규공무원의 신선한 아이디어는 가평군이 변화하고 있음을 알리는 시그널이며, 민선8기 비전인 자연을 경제로 꽃피우는 도시, 가평 실현에 한발짝 성큼 다가서는 희망의 불씨가 되길 바란다”며 오늘 교육을 통해 신규공무원들의 정책역량이 배가되는 자리가 되었기를 바란다고 말했다.
