[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 26일 의정부시는 의정부예술의전당 영상감상실에서 본격적인 예비 문화도시 사업을 시행하기 전, 추진 주체 간 공감대를 형성하고 민·관 협력체계를 구축하기 위해 1차 워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 워크숍은 시민대표 2명의 발제로 2019년부터 시작된 문화도시 추진과정을 되새기고, 2022년 예비사업 방향을 논의하는 시간을 가졌으며, 문화 관련 기관의 전문가가 아닌 시민대표가 발제자로 참여해 시민 거버넌스 체계의 변화된 위상을 보여줬다고 했다.

그간 문화도시 사업을 추진하면서 오픈테이블 100만 원 실험실, 333쌀롱 등 시민참여 프로그램을 통해 새로운 시민 주체들이 등장하고 발굴됐다고 전했다.
