[안종욱 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 사회정의 실현 및 지방재정의 안정적인 확보를 위해 오는 14일부터 12월 30일까지 7주간 2022년 하반기 세외수입 체납액 집중정리기간으로 지정하고 체납징수활동을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

2022년 10월말 현재 세외수입 체납액은 34억18백만원으로 지방재정 운영에 어려움이 예상되고 성실납부자와의 형평성을 저해하는 요인으로 작용되고 있다.

우선 자진납부기간을 2주간(2022. 11. 14. ~ 11. 27.) 운영하여 체납안내문, 압류 및 공매 예고문 발송으로 자진 납부를 유도함은 물론 강력한 체납처분 및 행정제재 추진을 위한 철저한 사전준비와 민원 발생을 최소화하고 이 후 5주간(2022. 11. 28. ~ 12. 30.)은 부동산, 차량, 금융자산 등 모든 재산을 추적해 압류하고, 압류재산 공매, 체납차량 번호판영치, 가택수색 등 강력한 체납처분과 고액체납자 명단공개, 관허사업 제한 등 행정제재도 병행한다. 

다만, 일시적 또는 생계형 체납자는 담세력 회복 지원을 위한 분납유도와 강제집행을 유예하는 등 서민생활 안정에도 힘쓸 계획이다. 

그러나 납부능력이 충분함에도 고의적으로 납부의무를 이행하지 않거나 부동산, 채권 등을 가족, 친인척명의로 변경하고 체납처분을 회피하는 비양심 체납자에 대해서는 은닉재산을 끝까지 추적 조사해 징수할동을 강화할 방침이다.
