[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 2일 양주시 회천2동은 마을복지계획 수립에 따른 협약식을 진행하고 역량 강화 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이날 협약식에서 ‘덕진·은성 지역아동센터, 회천2동 공립지역아동센터 등’ 관내 지역아동센터 3개소와 회천2동 지역사회보장협의체가 아동친화마을 조성을 위한 업무 협약을 체결했다고 전했다.

주요 협약 내용은 유니세프 아동친화도시 10가지 구성요소 추진 적극참여, 아동옹호 활동 및 아동권리교육 추진 협력, 협력사항 활성화 홍보 등이고, 지역사회보장협의체 위원 20명을 대상으로 사회복지실천과교육연구소 이경국소장이 지역사회의 효과적인 커뮤니티케어 실천을 주제로 한 교육을 진행했다고 했다.

교육내용은 돌봄, 복지 등 사회서비스 확충, 지역사회 중심 건강관리 체계강화, 돌봄이 필요한 사람의 지역사회 정착 지원, 병원, 시설의 합리적 이용 유도, 지역사회 커뮤니티케어 인프라 강화 및 책임성 제고 등에 대한 주제로 실시했다고 했다.
