[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군육아종합지원센터가 지난 14일 경기도 가평군 관내 어린이집의 중간관리자를 대상으로 ‘우리들의 해방일지’ 워크숍을 진행했다고 전했다.

어린이집 중간관리자 워크숍은 보육교사들이 협력적인 조직문화를 형성하여 이끌 수 있도록 현장중심에서 중요한 역할을 수행하는 중간관리자의 직무스트레스 해소와 리더쉽 함양을 위해 지원할 수 있는 과정으로 편성했다.

워크숍 일정으로는 아로마테라피와 명상교육과 이상원 미술관에서 전시관람, 삼악산 케이블카 탑승 등으로 진행됐고, 교육에 참여한 모든 보육교직원들의 만족도가 매우 높으며 힐링이 되는 뜻깊은 워크숍이었다고 전했다.

가평군육아종합지원센터는 사랑교육복지재단이 위탁운영하는 기관이며, 가평군의 맑고 푸른 자연과 더불어 “영유아들이 건강하게 성장하고 부모의 행복한 육아, 어린이집의 즐거운 보육”을 실현하는 육아지원 전문기관 역할을 수행하고 있다.
