[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 14일 횡성군은 동해보양온천컨벤션호텔에서 ‘제5기 횡성군 지역사회보장계획’ 정책 비전과 추진전략을 도출하기 위한 민관참여 워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

횡성군과 횡성군지역사회보장협의체가 수립하는 제5기 횡성군지역사회보장계획은 오는 2023년부터 2026년까지 4년간 횡성군 지역사회 보장 영역 전반 정책의 청사진 역할을 하게 될 4년 단위 중장기 계획이다. 

이번 워크숍은 올해 수립될 제5기 지역사회보장계획에 대한 민간과 공공이 함께 비전과 추진전략을 고민하고, 의견수렴의 시간을 갖고자 마련되었으며 지역사회보장협의체 위원, 복지분야 관계자 및 공무원 등 80명이 참여했다.

이날 워크숍은 본 계획수립의 연구용역을 맡고 있는 (재)국가경제연구원에서 지난 4기 보장계획에 대한 분석과 군민 복지욕구 조사 결과를 함께 공유해 지역의 특성을 살펴보는 시간을 갖고, 퍼실리테이션 기법을 활용하여 5기의 계획의 정책비전과 추진전략을 도출해내는 방식으로 진행했다.

이석원 횡성군지역사회보장협의체 위원장은 “횡성군은 민관이 협력해 논의와 협의를 바탕으로 지역사회보장계획을 수립하고 있으며, 오늘 비전 워크샵을 중심으로 오는 9월까지 횡성군의 사회보장 정책의 발전방향과 횡성군민의 다양한 복지욕구를 반영해 수립할 것이다.”라고 말했다.
